Well this is nice. A new makeover for the site, advanced functionality, improved navigation, richer media, or so it says in the brochure, and what is this? Yes it now even has a blog!! This is it, if you are still dazzled by all the shiny newness and are unsure what is going on.

I am one of a team of Fortean folks who will be posting on semi-regular basis. The two main strands of my blog offerings (blofferings?) will be relatively regular round-ups of online Forteana which I'll try to keep bite-sized and digest-ible (bad puns are guaranteed):/p>

• Dispatches from the Fort: The truth isn't just out there - it could already be on here. There is a lot of activity on the forum so I will be highlighting a handful of threads. So in case you missed it I will be flagging up interesting topics, pointing people to where current hot news topics are being discussed and directing you to talk on films, books or TV.

• Remote viewing: Monitoring the sound of distant Fortean drums, which could include blog entries from friends of the mag (and beyond), strange reports, weird media or just about anything odd you might want to check out.

If you happen to stumble across anything here or "out there" that could fit here, you can drop a link into this thread.

I may also run with other items as and when they crop up, but you can't plan for that so I'll be playing it by ear.
